I started in business in 1969 with my family. My mother was a licensed Realtor and investor. My father was a builder. He built the tallest bank in Miami in the 60's. When I was 10 I built my mother's dream home on the front of our property while my father was at work. At 15 I partnered with my mother on my first investment property, less than one year later Alcoa Aluminum bought us out. When my parents retired they had accrued a net value of five million worth of real estate in Islamorada on the Florida Keys.

January 1971 I broke from the family and became a licensed General Contractor. My first house was a speculation house on the water. It sold just before completion and several people lined up for me to build a house for them.

I now live in Plant City, FL just east of Tampa. I locate deals all over America. Single family, multi-family, wholesale or retail
